Peter Maher
CEO
Peter leads Ovanti’s U.S. operations and is responsible for launching Ovanti’s next-generation payments challenger from the ground up. With more than 15 years in fintech and payments, he has scaled growth strategies, structured transformative deals, and led high-performing commercial teams.
Before Ovanti, Peter was Head of U.S. Enterprise Merchant Partnerships at ZIP Co, shaping go-to-market strategy across North America. He also held leadership roles at FRONTSTEPS, Ladonware, and Capital One, building expertise in partnerships, strategy, and team leadership.
Jacek Serafinski
VP, Product & Engineering
Jacek leads product and engineering for Ovanti USA, bringing nearly two decades of software engineering and leadership experience. He most recently served as Senior Engineering Manager at Block (Afterpay), overseeing teams responsible for settlements, reporting, invoicing, and banking.
He also held engineering leadership roles at Atlassian and SilverRail, and co-founded startups in payments and technology, combining large-scale fintech expertise with entrepreneurial agility.
Daniel Crisologo
SVP, Merchant & Partner Operations
Daniel oversees Ovanti’s U.S. merchant and partner ecosystem, backed by 27 years in global payments and strategy. He has held leadership roles at Nordstrom, T-Mobile, eBay, and PayPal, driving omni-channel strategies, scaling compliance programs, and building profitable payment operations.
He also founded NKOMO Corp. dba EarthWise Pet, growing it into a thriving multi-location business. At Ovanti, he applies his corporate and entrepreneurial experience to help merchants grow while ensuring seamless consumer checkout.
Barbara Badelt Ford
SVP, Commercial
Barbara has held senior leadership roles at Nuvei and Adyen, where she scaled global partner ecosystems and built strategic alliances with leading retail and ecommerce brands. She also spent eight years at Global Blue, a payments technology company now owned by Shift4, where she worked with some of the world’s largest retailers and platform partners including Oracle and Cegid.
At Ovanti, she is building the commercial organization with nearly two decades of experience in payments, technology, and client engagement.
